Adult sugarcraft modelling class – Easter chicken

When you purchase a class place for the adult sugarcraft modelling class (Easter chicken), Marie will email you class confirmation within 48 hours (usually within 24!) *Please add a note to the order at checkout if you require a voucher to be emailed, and the name required on the voucher*

This class will take place on Monday 18th March 2024 at 7-9pm at The Croft, 28 The Village, Church Road, Flixton, Manchester, M41 6HS (The black and white building next to The Church Inn on Church Road).

In this class, you will learn various tips and tricks to be able to create this poor tired chicken! You’ll learn how to cover a polystyrene egg to make sure your topper is not too heavy, how to treat the sugarpaste to help it keeps it’s shape as it dries, and how to create the model using different shaping techniques. A perfect tongue in cheek cake topper for your Easter cake!

The classes usually take the two hours but may run slightly longer depending on the experience and confidence of the attendees. You are welcome to bring a note book and pen if you wish, but everything is provided for you for the class including all the materials and equipment you need, a box to take it home, an apron to wear and refreshments, including something yummy baked by Marie!

The venue is The Croft, a black and white building next to The Church Inn on Church Road in Flixton, Manchester. Please have a look at the picture of the building in the photos attached to this course. The building has two brown doors at the front of the building, you need the door on the right hand side.
